It is with great excitement we announce that the integration between SEKO Logistics (SEKO) and Bansard International (Bansard) in Greater China has been completed, effective January 1, 2024.

As part of the completion of this integration, which follows the acquisition of Bansard by SEKO in 2021, clients and suppliers should expect minimal changes to ongoing operations. Specifically, effective January 1, 2024, you can expect:

  • Any contracts currently in place remain unchanged and are in full force and effect.
  • The new legal entity names for our operations are as follows:
