SEKO was proud to receive the 2015 Quest for Quality Award while attending the gala reception and dinner at the National CSCMP Conference in San Diego two weeks ago hosted by Logistics Management Magazine. 

SEKO is launching a global #TrackThePlaque campaign where we will be sending the award to roughly 20 offices around the world over the course of the next few months. All SEKO customers and employees will be able to follow the plaque via our social media channels utilizing the hashtag of #TrackThePlaque.

We're launching this campaign because we are proud to have scored the highest in customer service for the second year in a row, a monumental achievement! We reached this milestone thanks to our dedicated and committed team of over 2,000 SEKO representatives in 120 offices all around the world. 

To determine the best of the best, participants in the research to determine the Quest for Quality award winners were asked to rate companies strictly on the basis of service quality. One of the most notable elements about the Quest for Quality awards is that they allow shippers to vote in the genre of services they actually use and fully understand. In 2015, 4,649 decision-makers cast votes to choose the winners.
