Berthing waiting of around 1.5 days, except in WGQ2 with a longer wait up to 3 days. Reefer yard highly utilized due to slow pick up. Trucking availability has improved. SIPG has informed all drivers that the SIPG E-Pass has the same legal value / effect as a passport to travel to/from Shanghai and Jiangsu / Zhejiang/ Anhui within the local epidemic prevention measures, which help to smooth Shanghai trucking to these areas.
