David Emerson began at SEKO in 2003 as a partner at SEKO United Kingdom, where he had responsibility for Sales and Marketing. He began his logistics career with Expeditors in London, Singapore and Hong Kong, beginning in 1989, before returning to London in 1998 as VP Sales-EMEA. In 2000 Mr. Emerson joined EGL as VP Sales & Marketing for Europe, Middle East and India. Mr. Emerson is currently Vice President of Sales-EMEA, responsible for expanding SEKO’s Global footprint between Europe, Asia and the Americas.

Keith O’Brien holds the position of Chief Operating Officer-EMEA. In 2003 he opened SEKO UK, and his entrepreneurial flair made him the ideal candidate to look after SEKO interests in the EMEA region. Having previously served as interim COO for the APAC region based in Hong Kong, Mr. O'Brien has now returned to London to take on the COO EMEA role. Mr. O'Brien was born in St Andrew’s and educated in Scotland before moving to England in his early twenties. His experience in the industry includes working for OOCL and AEI/DHL before moving to the private sector.

Mark L. White is a member of the SEKO Board of Directors. He oversees SEKO’s Global Development, ensuring that the organization is aligned to meet its strategic commercial objectives. Drawing upon leading industry research and his education at Cranfield University’s Center for Logistics and Supply Chain Management in the UK, Mr. White’s customer experience has been instrumental in positioning SEKO at the forefront of Global eCommerce solutions.

As Chief Commercial Officer, EMEA, Bessiere will be responsible for driving sales growth, vertical market development, account management, solution design, implementation, corporate marketing communications, strategic tender pricing, sustainability and commercial operations in the EMEA region including the UK and Ireland. He joins SEKO after nearly five years at Kerry Logistics EMEA, where he served a dual role as commercial director of EMEA and cluster managing director of Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Czech Republic and South Africa. Prior to Kerry Logistics, Bessiere spent 11 years at GEODIS in the Asia-Pacific region in a series of positions, his last being as sales and marketing director for China and Hong Kong.
