CHALLENGE

With a fast paced evolving supply chain, DELL EMC needed a dynamic and configurable Transport Management System to replace their outdated SCI application and work as a single source platform – with the ability to scale.

SOLUTION

Providing a fully customizable Transport Management System, our SEKO TMS platform enabled Dell EMC to build out supply chain solutions and improve efficiency – so they could focus on other parts of their business, while SEKO took care of their outbound supply chain.

RESULT

SEKO TMS offered a single source of communication between Dell EMC’s logistics partners and vendors, alongside dynamic integration with ERP tools, third party vendors and 3PL/4PL clients – helping to streamline logistics processes and ensure the most efficient course of operation through real-time reporting and KPI metrics. By using a highly sophisticated routing engine to automate logistics decision-making for over 2,000 carrier lanners, Dell EMC was also able to reduce overheads and increase lead times.
