SEKO appointed James Gagne as President on 1 January 2017 and Chief Executive Officer on 1 January 2018. James originally joined SEKO in 2014 as Chief Operating Officer – APAC, based in Hong Kong. He has spent the last 20 years of his career in Asia, also holding executive positions with Agility, Schenker/BAX and Maersk. He is now based at our global headquarters in Chicago. James received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marine Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in 1994.

Brian Bourke is currently Chief Commercial Officer - Global. Speaking five languages, he brings a level of creativity and vitality which is well beyond his years. He is responsible for the acceleration of SEKO’s organic growth, and drives SEKO’s demand generation, revenue management, and corporate marketing and communications initiatives. Brian began his career with SEKO in 2005 after receiving his BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin. He was head of Marketing Communications for Geodis Wilson prior to returning to SEKO.

Maxime is responsible for driving sales growth, vertical market development, account management, solution design, implementation, corporate marketing communications, strategic tender pricing, sustainability and commercial operations in the EMEA region - including the UK and Ireland. He joined SEKO in xxxx after nearly five years at Kerry Logistics EMEA, where he served a dual role as commercial director of EMEA and cluster Managing Director of Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Czech Republic and South Africa. Prior to Kerry Logistics, Maxime spent 11 years at GEODIS in the Asia-Pacific region in a series of positions, his last being as sales and marketing director for China and Hong Kong.

Mike previously spent four years with SEKO as Vice President, Information Technology, and as a member of our leadership team - before leaving in 2010 to become co-founder of a cloud-based logistics software company that was used by global and domestic third-party logistics companies, trucking companies and brokers. In 2014, he joined RIM Logistics as Vice President, Technology Solutions, where he was responsible for crafting and executing the company’s corporate technology strategy, and streamlining its operations to increase productivity. At SEKO, he has oversight and leadership of all matters relating to its technology strategy, products, solutions and operations, as well as the development of the next generation of the MySEKO platform.

SEKO Logistics appointed Matthew Brown Chief Financial Officer in May, 2018. An expert in financial accounting and strategy, Matthew is an exemplary CPA and CMA with over 25 years experience in International business and financial management. Having lived and worked in Australia, Brazil and Mexico, Matthew's successful cross-cultural and cross-functional team development adds benefit to SEKO's overall Operations and P&L Management. Prior to joining SEKO, Matthew served as President and Chief Financial Officer of SUZOHAPP, as well as, Chief Financial Officer of SAE Towers. In addition, he was the Executive Vice President, Latin America for one of the world's largest mobile phone distributors, Brightpoint Inc., and Audit Assurance and Advisory Services Manager for global leader, Ernst & Young.
