- EU EORI & VAT no. for Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) terms to complete EU import clearance
- Export licenses
SECTION 3
Paperwork Requirements
- Invoice
- Packing list including weights
- Products
- Commodity codes
- Values
- Product customs origin
- Quantities
- Nett weights
- Customs certification required for EU clearance
- Customs status of goods - (I.e. bonded warehouse re-export, free circulation)
Section 4
Agent/Haulier/Transport Provider
- Can they complete a Customs Export Entry EAD(EX) Declaration?
- Can they supply MRN (Movement Reference No.) from point “1” to haulier?
- Can they complete an NCTS movement, only needed when shipments are not cleared at port of arrival and may be travelling to an inland depot or cross border to another country for clearance?
- See point 3 - can they discharge the NCTS movement?
- See point 3 - are transit guarantees covered?
- Complete goods transportation to destination in the EU
SECTION 5
EU CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Agent-haulier
- Customs clearance completed.
- DDP Terms will require the UK Sellers EORI & VAT details
- NON DDP Terms will require EU Buyers EORI & VAT details for customs clearance?
- Method of payment of customs taxes & VAT
- DDP UK seller to pay
- NON DDP EU buyer to pay
- Duty & Vat Rates for exported goods in clearance EU Country
- Customs clearance completed.
